Gardner Ten Pins, Inc. is currently looking for outgoing, self-motivated individuals for a unique bartending opportunity.  The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a high volume, waitstaff and/or lounge environment. 

Job Description:

  • Work 2-4 shifts per week (4:30 pm – 9:30 pm, Monday - Sunday)
  • Properly and promptly prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to our customers.
  • ID all guests ordering alcoholic beverages who appear to be 40 years old or younger.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation that includes bar seating as well as food service and dining areas—and ensure these areas are clean/sanitized both before and after serving our guests.
  • Upsell guests on food or drink items when appropriate.
  • Accurately ring up all orders in the POS system while maintaining ability to socialize with guests.
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and lane servers; accept payment and make change; slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks; and other vital bar tasks.
  • Prepare and deliver food from our snack bar menu.
  • Work with team members and communicate needs to management.
  • Complete opening and closing tasks.  Tasks also include, putting away liquor orders, organizing and stocking fridges.


Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • TIPS Certification.
  • Reliable source of transportation.
  • Must be able to stand for long hours and willing to perform any task delegated by management.
  • Must have night and weekend availability.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Must be able to lift 40+ pounds.
  • References upon request.
